Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. Int’l orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days.

Cult of California offers free shipping on all domestic orders for than $50.00 placed on our website. For orders less than $50, domestic ground shipping is $5.99. 

 If you wish to expedite your order, we offer additional expedited shipping methods via UPS Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Please refer to the following rate guides. 

• Free Standard Ground - Normally 3-8 business days
  Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• Second Day Air - Normally 2 business days
  Second Day Air, normally 2 business days Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Second Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days.
• Next Day Air - Normally 1 business day
  Next Day Air, normally 1 business day Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Next Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day.
• Alaska or Hawaii Addresses
  All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS Second Day Air service.
• P.O. Boxes in the U.S.A.
  Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority Service. You can expect delivery within 5-10 full business days..
• Canada - UPS Standard Ground service
  Most items may be shipped to Canada via UPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. 

Refusals

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Cult of California and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Cult of California will accept returns for items purchased on the cultofca.com store within 21 days from receipt for refund, exchange or store credit. Returns received after 21 days from receipt will not be accepted. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just call our customer service at 213.746.4422 or email info@cultofca.com for a return authorization. We will then email you a free return shipping label that you can use to return the merchandise.

Credit card refund please note: Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

**No returns or exchanges are allowed on Sale/Private Sale items. All sales are final.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

·         Unworn

·         Unwashed

·         All tags must be attached

·         No perfume or other scents

·         No human or animal hair

·         No rips or tears

·         No other signs of being worn

·         All original packaging and hangers must be included

·         No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and a Certificate of Inspection will be included containing the reason for the rejection. You may also be charged a $10 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.
